Our regular turnaround time for consulting is 5 business days, and for editing or strategic advice is 7-10 business days. For illustrations, turnaround is based on discussion with the illustrator. Rush requests may incur a 20% fee. We will send you an invoice upon completion of the work. You can pay by direct bank transfer or, upon request, by credit card (with a fee). Please note that we cannot accept checks.
